ICC 25: Lower Spire 4/4

Only 4 new fights - that has to be spread or the rest of the week will be far too boring.

1. Lord Marrowgar - a one shoot in slow motion, that laggy server was nearly entertaining.
2. Lady Deathwhisper - took a bit longer, but once getting used to the various things happening at once she gave up.
3. Icecrown Gunship Battle - not sure what to think about it, it is more like an interesting trash gauntlet to the last boss, than an encounter itself in my opinion.
4. Deathbringer Saurfang - well he is dead now, whats next? And did [I've Gone and Made a Mess (25 player)] on the go too.

If we all reacted the same way, we'd be predictable, and there's always more than one way to view a situation. What's true for the group is also true for the individual. It's simple: overspecialize, and you breed in weakness. It's slow death.

Well so far Ice Crown while a fun instance has not been the step up from any previous content.

If anything its about on a Par with ToC. The silly decision to gate heroic modes means it will be something like another 6 or 7 weeks before anyone can attempt any of the challenging fights.

I was hoping for something on par with the keepers of Ulduar and Yogg and ramped up from there.

I do however think the idea of heroic and normal being on 1 lockout is a good one, allows people to choose the challenge level before entering the instance. All Blizzard need to do now in my opinion is put 10 and 25 man on 1 lock out (to properly seperate progression) and they may actually have found the magic formula to keep everyone happy.

Say no to silly gating, say yes to one lockout per person per instance no matter what mode!
I used to think that it was awful that life was so unfair. Then I thought, wouldn’t it be much worse if life were fair, and all the terrible things that happen to us come because we actually deserve them? So, now I take great comfort in the general hostility and unfairness of the universe. - Marcus Cole
