Our rules, which are all equally important are detailed here. We do not have many we prefer to place the onus on individual consience rather than documents but here they are.

Treat everyone with respect, this is our primary rule, your guild mates, your server mates, even the annoying horde you want to splatter in the battle ground. Respect, behind each character is a person.

Be reliable be prepared. If you commit to a raid, and are assigned a spot, turn up, on time, and prepared with flasks/elixers and any consumables and reagents you can use to increase your performance, every 1% matters.

Improve your self where ever possible. Take pride in your character it is your representation in a virtual world if there is a way to improve it work towards it, every little improvement you make, improves the guild and the experience of the guild on the whole.

Enjoy your raids, relax, have fun, but always be prepared to switch to your A game when required.

Talk, the guild is also a social arena, so get involved with your guild mates integrate with them and engage them.

Above all else during the raid, the decision of the guild management is binding, debate over a policy or a decision is welcome if conducted outside of the raid preferably via the guild area of the forums. Who knows you may be right but in a raid there is too much going off to give any issue the proper attention. By signing up for raids you agree to this by accepting an invite you accept this rule above all others.

Attendance is required 7 out of 8 raids on average, if you cannot attend then do please let us know so we can plan around this.
