Our intended raiding schedule.



Wednesday – Official 25 man raid day. Raid start at 7:30 everyone invited between 7:15 and 7:25 and at the instance ready to go at 7:30
Thursday – Official 25 man raid day. Raid start at 7:30 everyone invited between 7:15 and 7:25 and at the instance ready to go at 7:30
Friday – Off day, 10 man day what ever.
Saturday - Off day, 10 man day what ever
Sunday - Official 25 man raid day. Raid start at 7:30 everyone invited between 7:15 and 7:25 and at the instance ready to go at 7:30
Monday - Official 25 man raid day. Raid start at 7:30 everyone invited between 7:15 and 7:25 and at the instance ready to go at 7:30
Tuesday - Possible additional raid if we are close to some good progress that week, or we missed a raid earlier in the week.

Target Raid end time will be 11:30pm however occasional raids may run slightly beyond this to a limit of 00:00 Anything beyond this will require a raid vote (see below on out of hours raiding). This however will only be invoked if we are very close to a new boss kill and feel than an extra try or two will see it down.

This is the schedule I want us to start out with, if an extra day gets added is entirely dependant on how progress goes and what people want to do.

Attendance wise, unless otherwise agreed by me you will be expected to be available for 7 out of every 8 official raid days. Off day raids will not count towards attendance percentage but will probably result in small amounts of bonus DKP if it assists guild progress.

Out of hours raiding, if the raid leader feels STRONGLY that there is a justifiable need to raid beyond 00:00 then a raid vote will be taken in the form of a ready check. If all 25 raid members say yes then the raid will continue. Any that vote no at this point will be free to leave the raid within the next 5 mins and if willing replacements can be found the raid will continue. To give you an example of how rare this is, in the past the only time I have invoked this is during the night when I raid lead a guild first Illidan kill. As a general rule 90% of raids will finish at 11:30ish most of the rest will finish before 00:00.

Breaks Note that we will always have a 10-15 mins break at the earliest possible CONVENIENT time after 9:15pm server time. AFK's outside of this for more than a couple of mins will be frowned upon and possibly penalised for repeated behaviour.

Swaps We will not do en masse swaps between trash and boss, as a general rule if you want a boss you WILL help clear the trash to that boss. Swaps will be rare, and at most 3 people will be swapped and only then with raid leader/section leaders consent.

I am aware of your tuesday issues. You are excused as long as your availble the other 3 days per week.

Just a note guys while I want to enforce the 7/8 average attendance, if you have an issue like Grens and you talk to me we can work around this. The 7/8 rule is more for people who want to just do the bare minimum,

In Grens case I know Gren I know he will put a lot of time and effort and energy into guilds outside of raids, so in his case its easy to make an exception :)
